Working principle

The vortex air pump rotates to generate a gas having a certain pressure, and the gas is transmitted to the gas injection holethrough the gas pipe, and the gas emitted from the gas jet hole pushes the fluid such as water in the groove to tumbling,thereby bubbling. Under vigorous agitation, the fruits and vegetables are continuously tumbling in the water, so that the pollutantsadhering to the surface of the material are accelerated and detached.
At the same time, the pipeline pump supplies high-pressure water to the jet pipe, pushes the fruit and vegetables forward, andthe fruits and vegetables are washed forward while moving in the pool, and the water flows out from the front exit of the washingmachine to enter the next device, and the washing water falls into the front-end pool for the pipeline. The pump is recycled.

The side of the front end of the washing machine is provided with a filtering interface, which can be connected with a rotating waterscreen to filter the washing water and then used by the pipeline pump to ensure the cleanliness of the water and the cleaning effectof the fruits and vegetables.
